Payments

  • I accept cash, Venmo or Zelle payments

  • Pre-payment is required for bookings.

  • Client will be notified via text message when new package is due

Cancellations and Refunds

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations

  • Missed sessions and classes cancelled within the 24 hour period may be rescheduled

  • Studio credit only 

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time. For duet sessions and group classes, late arrival of more than 15 minutes will result in loss of the class. 

No-Shows

  • Not showing up is considered a late cancellation and will result in forfeiting of the session. Client will be charged the full amount for the session.

Website Privacy

  • Client data is collected through instructor notes and stored on my computer. This information is used solely for the purpose of tracking the client's progress, goals and health conditions.

  • Website is hosted by Squarespace and scheduling is hosted by Acuity. Both are in compliance with privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

COVID-19 or Emergency Policies (if applicable)

  • Please do not come to the studio if you have any COVID, cold or flu symptoms that could be contagious.

  • Cancellations for pandemic-related disruptions will be considered on a case by case basis.

Workshop and Special Event Policy

  • Workshops and special events require a deposit (amount TBD). If cancellation is needed, must give one week notice to avoid losing the deposit. 

Code of Conduct

  • Clients must arrive on time, must respect instructors and other participants. Waiting areas are provided inside and outside the studio, please wait there until your scheduled time slot.

  • Zero tolerance for disruptive behavior or harassment.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All video content cannot be recorded, distributed, or used without permission.

Changes to Policies

  • I reserve the right to modify policies and explain how updates will be communicated to clients.
