Private Pilates sessions are customized to meet your unique needs, utilizing the Reformer, Cadillac, mat, and other small equipment. Each session is designed to build a strong foundation, focusing on breathwork, fundamental movement patterns, and core connections. My goal is to ensure you have a clear grasp of these essentials before advancing to more challenging exercises.

These sessions maintain the same focus as private lessons but are designed for two individuals to learn and progress together.

Pilates mat classes incorporate the classical repertoire, joint mobility exercises, breathing techniques, and core strengthening for a well-rounded and effective practice. With a maximum of four participants per class, you'll receive personalized attention to ensure proper form, alignment, and progression tailored to your needs.
